We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions.
Return Window
Most unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via the Contact Us page or call our store with your order number. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Food, treats, medicines, and grooming products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or size, we'll happily exchange it at no extra cost once the original item is received back at our store.
